DELIVERY AND PICKUP INFORMATION
When your lounge has arrived our subcontracted delivery driver will call you to arrange a delivery time.
We send two people to deliver your lounge.
Please ensure your address and telephone numbers are correct on your invoice.
Our driver does metropolitan deliveries Monday to Friday and will advise you of an approximate time frame for your delivery.
All goods must be paid in full prior to delivery or on delivery in cash to the driver.
A redelivery charge will apply if you are not at home to accept your delivery.
Country deliveries are available, we can arrange a carrier to give you a quote.
Our delivery people have years of experience delivering furniture and are very reasonably priced.
On delivery, please inspect your lounge carefully. Once you have inspected your lounge and you have signed acceptance of the item, Discount Lounge Centre cannot accept responsibility for any issues that may result from general day to day usage.
Please let us know in advance if there are any tight corners, stairwells or small doorways as we need to notify the driver.
Pickups are available Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm from our warehouse.
You will need to come to our store at Anzac Hwy Keswick first with your invoice so all balances can be paid.
The warehouse is located nearby and the sales people will give you directions.
All sofas are unpacked and inspected by our staff so please bring adequate packing with you to protect your lounge and some ropes and ties to transport your lounge safely.
On picking up your lounge please inspect your lounge carefully. Once you have inspected your lounge and you have signed acceptance of the item, Discount Lounge Centre cannot accept responsibility for any issues that may be caused after the furniture has left our premises.
